How is overage billed?
Overage is billed monthly for transports beyond your tier's included volume. Starter $1.50/claim, Growth $1.20/claim, Scale $1.00/claim. No surprise charges — usage is visible in the dashboard and we email a heads-up at 80% of your included volume.
Do I need to sign a BAA?
Yes. Every Solace RCM customer signs a Business Associate Agreement before any PHI is processed. AWS BAA covers our infrastructure (S3, KMS, Bedrock fallback). OpenAI BAA covers narrative generation. The BAA is included in your subscription — no extra fee.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Pro-rated billing handles the transition automatically. No annual contract required.
What payment methods do you accept?
ACH and credit card via Stripe. Annual billing is available with a 10% discount on any tier. Wire transfer for Scale customers.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup, onboarding, and payer-template tuning are included in every tier. Most agencies are live within 5 business days of contract signing.
What if I run over 2,000 transports a month?
Talk to us. Scale customers above 2,000 transports get custom pricing with volume discounts. We've built pricing to be straightforward, not punitive — high-volume agencies are good business.
